Don't waste your time

When I called, it was difficult to get past the automation and talk with a real person. When I finally did get through, it as a call center. The customer service rep. was courteous and spoke pretty good English, but failed to tell me that the management office (which is not at the storage facility) was closed (it was Dec. 23rd) and would not be opened again until after Christmas. A sign on the closed office door said that interviews for discussing a storage unit rental were by appointment only.
At that point, I decided that I had already worked hard enough in my effort to do business with Canyon Self Storage, and that if they can afford to be so particular as to require an appointment of those making inquiries, then they don't need my business anyway.
